NazAndJaz.com offers free shipping in the USA with the following guidelines:
Free 2nd Day shipping via USPS or UPS for USA customers for orders over $150.
Due to the nature of its contents all packages shipped require a signature upon delivery.
All USA customers selecting Overnight Delivery will be charged.
NazAndJaz.com does not offer free shipping for repaired and returned items.
All International Orders may be subject to incur duty and freight fees for customs clearance upon the arrival into the receiver's country. The customer is responsible for these fees. NazAndJaz.com is not liable for these costs.
International Customers will be charged for delivery.
Exchanges
Please email info@NazAndJaz.com within 5 days of receiving your item for exchange assistance. Due to the unique nature of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges.
Exchange Item(s) must be returned in its original condition unworn and with tags. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange request if return does not comply with this policy.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning an item(s).
All returns will be processed within approximately 7 days upon receipt.
** Please Note ** All returns need to be properly insured through the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) as NazAndJaz.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Make sure to keep the tracking number.

Special Orders
If you do not see the color or size you are looking for online, some items can be special ordered and is offered in 14KT or 18KT rose, yellow, white or gold. Special ordered items require some additional time for fulfillment which is up to 4 weeks. Please email info@NazAndJaz.com to place a special order.
